A long long time ago before the first 10-pack of Wrigley's Juicy Fruit gum was scanned into recorded history ...during a time when furniture was made of real wood and household appliances were also works of art, and Dr Pepper came packaged in 10-2-4 glass bottles where the 4 had advanced to where the 6 should have been... how time flies!

What kind of things from this bygone era make you smile?

Gravel art and the melty-plastic pellets that resembled gravel art.  Especially the rectangular linen backed pairs with long fluid design lines.  Unfortunately the one person still selling gravel art kits no longer has an active website, so I'm having to resort to forging on ahead without one!
